1. Acceptance
By accessing growthfather.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the site or services.
2. Services
GrowthFather provides digital performance marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, CRO, content, and consultation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by the Statement of Work (SOW) signed with each client.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in the SOW. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless stated otherwise. Overdue invoices may attract interest at 1.5% per month.
4. Intellectual property
Work product delivered under an SOW becomes the client's property on full payment. GrowthFather retains rights to anonymised case-study use and to reuse internal tooling and process IP.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially-sensitive information confidential for the duration of the engagement and 2 years after.
6. Liability
GrowthFather's maximum liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Termination for cause (material breach, non-payment) is immediate after a 7-day cure period.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
