Hiring process

Four steps. Two weeks. No ghosting.

We know hiring processes are a signal about the company. Ours is built to respect your time and tell you where you stand at every step.

  1. 1. Intro chat (30 min)

    Founder or team lead. We talk about the work you've done, the work you want to do, and whether there's fit. No whiteboard.

  2. 2. Craft review (paid)

    A scoped exercise from an actual problem we're working on, sent ahead. You present it in a 60-minute session. We compensate for your time even if we don't hire.

  3. 3. Team panel

    Two or three of the people you'd work with every day. Technical depth + working-style fit.

  4. 4. Offer + reference

    We check two references and give an offer within 72 hours. No extended holds, no silent ghosting.
