How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day (10:00 – 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday). If you write in on Saturday evening, expect Monday morning. We've held this SLA every quarter since 2021.

Niyas (founder) or a senior strategist — not a form-triage team. If the brief is a fit, the person who responds is usually the person who'd run your account.

What should I include to get a useful reply?

Your website, a sentence on the business, one sentence on what you're trying to solve, and rough budget range. That's enough for us to respond with either a specific recommendation or to route you to a better fit.

Do you do discovery calls for fit-checks only?

Yes. 30 minutes, free, no obligation. If we're not the fit we'll say so on the call and, where possible, recommend who is.
